Bente Aalderink

Head nurse at Qualevita. She combines technical skill with a clear focus on patient care. She performs procedures like drawing blood and placing IVs, while also making time to connect with clients and understand their individual stories.

Her interest in health and lifestyle started early and developed into a lasting focus on nutrition, movement, and long-term well-being. In hospital and home care settings, she noticed there was often little time for prevention. That led her to Qualevita.

In addition to her clinical work, Bente is involved in internal processes and helps ensure the patient journey runs as smoothly as possible. She is motivated by the focus on long-term health and the opportunity to support people in staying healthy over time.
